Our normal delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark and 2-5 days in EU-countries. 

You can refuse the product on delivery, if you see that it is clearly damaged. If you find the damage after you’ve received your product, then simply let us know as soon as possible by sending an email at info@upcycleit.com. 

No. We do not offer pickups on location.  

No. We always pay for delivery in Denmark and other EU-countries. 

We use Postnord in Denmark and Sweden, and GLS to the rest of the EU-countries.
